Long sleeved rash vest

Rash vests, also known as rash guards, are essential for Surfers, Kayakers and Divers. The main objective of a rash vest is to prevent you from getting a rash. Rubbing against the inside of your wetsuit or against your board will result in chaffing without adequate protective gear. It also serves as protection against the sun. When you're spending that much time on the beach, sunburn is an imminent threat. A rash guard also provides warmth and can be used by scuba divers. Although not as good an insulator as wetsuits, a rashie still gets the job done when you are diving under warm water. In colder waters, use under your wetsuit to give around 1/2mm of extra heat retention.
